Martyr Akhtar Baloch Alias Rustom Baloch was a resident of Mastung, Balochistan. He became part of Baloch liberation movement in platform of Baloch Liberation Army (BLA) in 2003. He was an active member of BLA. He embraced martyrdom along with General Aslam Baloch, Babar Majeed, Kareem Baloch, Aman Ullah Baloch and Taj Muhammad Baloch on Dec 25, 2018.
