Kumar Baloch s/o Muhammad Ishaq and Durhatoon got birth on February 5, 1996 in Kohrdo Jhaoo area of Awaran, Balochistan. He got his early education from Government High School Kohrdo Jhaoo. Due to financial issues and his activities in the national struggle, he did not get much time to continue his study. After doing FA, he did a private BA but could not continue his education due to the condition mentioned above. He was a keen lover of education and a person of kindness. Unfortunately, the financial issues did not let him continue his higher education.
He used to remain silent in most of the time. In his free time, Kumar Baloch played cricket in the village as he loved cricket in the field of sport while he also took part in the social activities in the village. He was always available to support the person who needed his help.
Kumar Baloch commenced his political career on the platform of Baloch Students Organization (BSO Azad) in 2009 and till his martyrdom he was a part of BSO Azad performing on different positions of the Organization. When he got martyrdom at the hands of the Pakistani state, he was serving as the organizer of the Jhaoo Zone. He believed in political struggle and was targeted for his exercise of peaceful political expression. He was killed by Pakistani-backed religious extremists in Korak Jhaoo, Awaran, on October 23, 2016.
