Martyr Shakoor Baloch was a resident of Pulabad, Tump, Balochistan. He was abducted by Pakistani forces in on June 25, 2023 in Pulabad, Tump. After six months, on Nov 22, 2023, He was killed by CTD in Fake encounter along with three people, Balach Baloch, Wadood Baloch and Saif Baloch in Banuk Chadahi, Turbat area of Kech, Balochistan.
