Martyr Hasil Baloch s/o Master Arz Muhammad got birth on January 2, 1995 in Mandeel Mashkay, district Awaran. Hasil Baloch was a student of intermediate at Inter College Awaran and president of BSO Azad Mashkay zone. He had played an important role in organizing the political activities of the organization in Mashkay region. He was a devoted worker for the Organization and had interest in reading revolutionary literature.Â
According of; In his presidency, the organization had maintained to continue the struggle in Mashkay after a brutal crackdown against the Organization by the security agencies. The brutalities of the state did not allow him to continue his education as the Pakistani security forces went around him for his peaceful struggle under the banner of BSO Azad.
He believed in political Struggle and was targeted for his exercise of peaceful political expression. He was killed by Pakistan army in a military operation in Kolwa, district Awaran, October 5, 2016.
