Altaf Hussain Baloch was born on January 25, 1975 in the house of Khuda Baksh Baloch in Buleda, Kech. He affiliated with Baloch Students Organization (BSO) in his student life and later. He joined Baloch National Movement (BNM). He was shot and martyred by the Pakistan Forces on August 25, 2008, during a public gathering of the Baloch National Front held in memory of Martyr Akbar Khan Bugti in Turbat, Kech.
