Babu Mehrab Baloch was a resident of Kulanch, Pasni who was made victim of enforced disappearances twice before the killing by Pakistan Forces. First time, he was tortured for a year in 2014 and second time, in 2018, he was abducted, made victim of ‘kill and dump’ policy. His tortured dead body was found August 11, 2011. Furthermore, his family members usually face collective punishment policy of Pakistan’s military forces.
