Martyr Ustad Mukhtar Baloch Alias Ustad Noor Baloch was born in house of Noor Hussain and Taj Bibi in Malikabad area of Tump, Balochistan.
He affiliated with Balochistan Liberation Front (BLF) in 2005. The time of his martyrdom, he was camp commander and held rank of Major.
He embraced martyrdom along with his two comrades Sajid Baloch Alias Asumi Baloch and Aziz Baloch alias Chakar Baloch on Dec 7, 2020 in area of Dashtuk, Zumran area of Kech, Balochistan.
