Martyr Ishaq Baloch was born in the house of Akbar Baloch and Zar Bibi Baloch in Kanadadi, Mashkay area of Awaran, Balochistan. He was a levies force personnel. He was abducted and killed by Pakistani Forces from Mashkay area of Awaran Balochistan on Jan 1, 2015.
