Mumtaz Baloch Alias Mullah Yasir Baloch, son of Qazi Baloch and was a resident of Perkotag, Hoshab area of Kech, Balochistan. He affiliated with Baloch Liberation Army (BLA) in 2017. He embraced martyrdom along with his three BLF’s freedom fighters, Aamir Meskan Baloch, Yahya and Raza Baloch during military operation of  Pakistan Army on January 17, 2023 in Gwarkup area of  Kech, Balochistan.
