Martyr Siraj was a resident of Geshkaor, Kolwa area of Awaran, Balochistan. He affiliated with a pro-independence organization, Baloch Republican Army (BRA) for years. He along with other his two comrades Razzaq Baloch and Bahoot Baloch embraced martyrdom during a clash with Pakistan Army area of Rekachai between Mahra, Kolwa, Awaran on Oct 16, 2015.
